San Luis Obispo FFA would like to introduce the newest member of our Science Department , Ms. Natalie Baldwin. Born and raised in Santa Maria, California, Ms. Baldwin attended Ernest Righetti High School and was very involved in their FFA program. She served as a chapter officer and competed on many judging teams. Along with FFA, Ms. Baldwin was active in showing animals for Orcutt Sisquoc Grange. She was also on multiple sports teams including: volleyball, basketball and track and field, as well as club volleyball.
After graduating high school, she attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and earned her Bachelor’s in Dairy Science with a minor in Agribusiness. She also received her teaching credential from Cal Poly in Ag Education. During college, Ms. Baldwin was an officer for the Los Lecheros Dairy Club. She was also active in Collegiate FFA and chaired the Open House committee.
This year, Ms. Baldwin is excited to emerge into our program. She will be a halftime Agriculture teacher and halftime chemistry teacher. Ms. Baldwin is ready to interact with each student by being active in the SLO FFA Chapter and connecting with students inside and outside of the classroom. We are very excited to welcome Ms. Baldwin and we know she will do amazing things this year for our chapter and the SLOHS Tigers!
